Every landlord would like a tenant with a solid job and a high income.
That is why we screen all rental candidates and partners on their past work and financial capacity to meet the landlord's income requirement.
A tenant who does not pay on time or prematurely terminates the lease is a major frustration for any landlord. This behavior is predictable to a certain extent if you have more insight into a person's way of thinking. Therefore, all selected candidates are interviewed by our team with specific questions to learn more about their beliefs and values.
Every type of lease has legal consequences. We can advise you on this, so that you choose with certainty a type of lease that suits the situation and wishes. In addition, we take care of drawing up the lease and all necessary supporting documents.

During the tenant's check-in, a thorough inspection of the house will also take place. When signing the contract, we will explain the agreement to the tenant in detail. Both parties receive the inspection report with photos afterwards. After 30 days, we will contact your tenant to see if everything is still going according to plan. At the end of the rental period, one of our team members will make an appointment to inspect the property so that the deposit can be refunded. We make a detailed inspection report and ensure that your apartment is left in perfect condition.
